We were in the market for a new refrigerator and we had been shopping around to a few other local big box stores. From the time.we walked in, to the time we walked out with our receipt for our purchase, the customer service was incredible. Our questions were answered, the salesman knew about the products they had and again answered all of our questions. They worked with us on setting up our delivery and worked around my work schedule. They also said that they would remove our ice maker from the freezer since we had no use for it. The experience was much more personable and they made you feel as is you were more than a customer.

I feel so fortunate to have a Maytag store close by. I have always bought my appliances from this store and have always had the best experience. Moving to a new house we had the appliances in the home. When the oven stopped working I called the store for service and they were out the next day and had it fixed. I can't say enough good about this store and service. I highly recommend Eastide Maytag.

I’d suggest that the installers check the dryer vent hose when installing a clothes dryer. Mine was very clogged. When I went to replace it, I did something wrong and my new dryer didn’t work at all. I called the store, and they sent someone to fix it. He was quick and solved the problem right away. I appreciated that he didn’t make me feel stupid. I love East Side Maytag!

I have been a loyal customer of Eastside Maytag for 20+ years. The weekend before this past Christmas, my washing machine stopped working in the middle of laundering my curtains. I was frantic when Jake took my call, not only did he understand my predicament, he managed to fit me in two days before Christmas. My technician, Jason, a skilled professional, knew what was wrong immediately while checking the cycles. He had the part on his truck and fixed it right away! You can't beat the prices at this long-standing family owned business in Ellet, nor will you experience their level of professionalism, service, kindness and warmth from everyone whom they employ, at a big box store. Added bonus, check out their scratch and ding warehouse for great deals!!

The staff at Eastside Maytag is amazing. Bonnie was so helpful, knowledgeable, and made purchasing a washer and dryer for my Mom a breeze. The gentlemen handling the new delivery and old appliance removal were very friendly and efficient. They took great care with delivery and were prompt with arrival and finished in no time. I highly recommended Eastside Maytag. A wonderful, reliable local business.

The whole experience with Eastide Maytag was top tier! A nice lady took my call and listened to my concerns. She was pleasant and we even shared a giggle or two! She let me know what was going to happen and gave me an estimated window of time. She even reminded me and confirmed the eta with me. I felt heard. Then there's Jake. 💯 THE G.O.A.T. He was so kind and professional! He called to make sure his info was correct, advised me on his approximate arrival time, let me know that he was going to make a quick stop for parts because he heard i was having ground with my door switch too? I was going to be happy with just having my dryer spin again. Jake said no, I am fixng the door too! ❤️ Yay! The dryer starts when the door closes now and the dryer spins and the space Jake worked in was SPOTLESS. You never would have known he was there! He is so kind and personable! So awesome👌!!! The price was reasonable! I was able to go and get groceries! (That's what broke me... groceries $$$! Ha!) He even called to check in with me. Of course I was pleased! Thank you Jake!!!! Their contact information is on the wall and on the phones AT THE READY!! DON'T BOTHER CALLING ELSEWHERE! All they want is your data, taken by a computer, put on a list and they'll get back to you in a few days with a robo call describing how it cares about you. Ew. Save time, call Eastside Maytag. I love them!! Yayyy!

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Eastside Maytag. The price was great, their sales staff was knowledgeable & friendly, and Jake & the guys who came out to install the units went above and beyond to get the job done! I highly recommend Eastside Maytag and look forward to doing even more business with them in the future!!!

We called for diagnostics for potential service of our dishwasher and with their guidance we were able to purchase and install a new scratch and dent dishwasher same day. Great customer service! Jake was a great technician, arrived on time and very timely for install and instruction. This is why we always call Eastside Maytag.

I buy all my appliances from Eastside Maytag.They are super friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they have some scratch and dents available (sometimes) for a good price. All their appliances are priced well. They just make you feel like you are important to them ( kinda how stores where back in the day). The service department is also great. They usually come out within a day or two. Stop going to the big box stores! Eastside Maytag in Ellet is the best.

My 4yr old washer choked. Called my Home Warranty but they couldn't come until after Thanksgiving. Called Eastside Maytag, they came and fixed it in couple days after ordering parts. Eastside Maytag service is quick, courteous and reliable. I have never had any problems with them. Thank you Eastside. PS.. I canceled my Home Warranty
